Event Cancellation: Malinslee Big Picnic

It is with regret that Great Dawley Town Council has taken the decision to cancel the Malinslee Big Picnic, scheduled to take place tomorrow. (2nd Aug) This decision has been made due to the current state of the field resulting from heavy rainfall over the past few days, and the weather alert in place over the West Midlands for tomorrow.

We apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment this may have caused, however, the safety and well-being of all involved is our utmost priority. Therefore, it would be unwise to proceed with the event as planned.

We have arranged for PJ the Showman to perform at Dawley Town Hall tomorrow from 1pm – 1:45pm. This is a ticketed event, so please feel free to book by using the form below.
