Dawley Market
Great Dawley Town Council took over the management of the market in Dawley High Street in 2016 from Telford and Wrekin Council. Dawley Market is located in the High Street every week on a Friday between 8:00am – 4:00pm.
The High Street is closed to vehicles (from Burton Street) every Friday, to allow a safe environment for our Market Traders and visitors, but with our 4 FREE car parks surrounding Dawley High Street why not pop down and visit!
Bridget’s Fresh Fruit and Veg
Bridget has been trading on Dawley Market for several years and is located near the bottom of Dawley High Street opposite the Captain Webb Memorial come rain or shine!
Bridget has a wide range of fruit and vegetables for sale including seasonal produce. You can hear more about Bridget in the FB video below or pop by on Market day to meet her.

Steve’s SWAG
Steve has been trading on Dawley Market for several years now, his stall is located near the centre of Dawley High Street outside the Crown Inn Pub. Steve sells a wide range of items including garden items, toys and has just increased his hardware section.

Jim’s Towels and Bedding
Jim has been trading on Dawley Market for several years and is located in front of the Bandstand. Jim is always willing to help and make you smile with his humour!
Jim sells a range of household items mainly of bedding and towels. Jim also sells pet bedding, seasonal items and some of the latest craze items.
Some of the items available on Jim’s stall are:

- Pillows
- Towels including tea towels and cloths
- Other items vary including purses, hats, face masks and keyrings.

Shropshire Meat Auctions has been trading on Dawley Market for a few years and in one of our newest traders.
Gaz from Shropshire Meat Auctions can be located next to Jolly Good Eggs in the layby outside the Co-Op in the centre of Dawley High Street.
