Youth Provision

Great Dawley Town Council has an exciting Youth Provision, working in partnership with Telford & Wrekin Council. Through this service, we hold a wide range of events which are open to children aged 11 – 16. These events include our Youth Clubs, Bake Off’s, Pop & Culture Quiz Night, Roller Discos and so much more, with even more to come in the future.

Youth Club

Every Monday and Thursday, we hold a Youth Club at Dawley Town Hall which is free for 11 – 16 year olds to attend. The club includes free snacks and refreshments on our Monday session and free hot meal and refreshments on our Thursday session.

There are a wide range of activities at our Youth Club such as Basketball, Table Tennis, Arts & Crafts, Console games and many more.

This Youth Club is open to children who attend any secondary school, or those who may be home-schooled.

We are always on the look out for keen individuals to support us at our Youth Clubs. If you’re interested, please read the role description which can be downloaded below, and fill out the contact form which can also be found below.

*Acceptance is subject to DBS Checks which are carried out on all Staff,Councillors and Volunteers at Great Dawley Town Council.
